Powerhouse Equestrian IEA Team

Scheffelridge Farm is the home of Powerhouse Equestrian, an Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) team coached by Nori and Maria Kabel of Indian Ridge Farm in Frankfort, KY. Based on the same principles as the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA), the IEA focuses on riders in grades 4 through 12 and encourages safe riding instruction and competition. Unlike IHSA, an IEA team is not comprised solely of students from the same school; riders from any public or private school can ride together on a team.
